We offer 3 subscription tiers, each of which may be renewed on a monthly or yearly basis. Each tier gives you access to the following:
Tier 1 - Move & Breathe: includes access to all Movement & Meditation videos.
Tier 2 - Move, Breathe & Nourish: includes access to all movement, meditation, and nutrition videos.
Tier 3 - All Access: includes access to all videos. Categories include movement, meditation, nutrition and wellness webinars.
All subscription options include a 7-day free trial.
For employees of corporate clients, please refer to your wellness program materials to learn more about the content that is available through your company's subscription.
Can I use my mobile phone/device?
Absolutely! You can access your wellness content via our mobile app. Just head to the app store on your iOS or Android device and download the free Urban Balance TV app to get started.
Where is my membership email?
